We sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging situation. Your health, safety & well-being, are most important to us. Because of this fact, Artistry Ateliers Inc. will implement strict protocols to protect our guests and our employees to the best of our ability. This includes health history review as well as increase sanitation and disinfecting practices. We are taking the needed and recommended measures on our end to ensure the safety of both ourselves and our guests. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. IN SUITE PROTOCOL

-We ask that all clients wear personal protective face masks when visiting the salon, your stylist will do the same. We ask that you bring your own masks. If you do not have a face mask we have a limited quantity available for purchase. We suggest one disposable mask for basic shampoo services and 2 to 3 disposable masks for all chemical services depended on the amount of services per appointment. Cloth mask are best used during the cutting and styling process.

-Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. During this season, lateness will not be permitted. This is to ensure the safety of you and our other guest. All appointments have been timed carefully to allow a grace of five minutes as well as state regulated time for disinfecting and sanitizing between clients. If you are late your appointment will be subject to cancellation, loss of deposit and additional fees.

-Upon entering the building please wash your hands before entering the suite. -If you are showing any signs of illness, At the discretion of your stylist, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Prior to the start of service, your temperature will be taken by a member of guest services to check for fever.

-Guests may not bring anyone other than themselves to their service appointment, including children. Should a minor above the age of 12 have a service appointment, the parent may drop them off at the door and pick up at the door, however, they may not enter the salon with their minor.

STYLIST'S COMMITMENT

-Your stylist will regularly clean and disinfect doors and cabinets, sink, styling tools, stations and chairs.

-Capes, towels and robes will be freshly laundered daily.

-When in close contact with clients, your stylist will wear personal protective equipment.
